RA «Standard-Rating» (Ukraine) and the Ukrainian Stock Market Institute, the publisher of the official publication of NSMSC «Bulletin. The Securities of Ukraine», have signed the agreement on providing informational services. RA «Standard-Rating» has officially chosen «Bulletin. The Securities of Ukraine» for publishing information about ratings, assignment of which is mandatory by law. According to the regulatory requirements of NSMSC the authorized rating agency is obliged to publish information about the assigned credit ratings in the official publications of the regulator. This step provides the performance of the norm requirements of the regulator. As of April 27, 2012 RA «Standard-Rating» hadn’t the ratings in its client portfolio, assignment of which was mandatory according to Art. 4-1 of Law of Ukraine «On State regulation of Securities Market».
