On May, 16th, 2011 the RA ‘Standard-Rating’ and the newspaper ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’ (Governmental Courier) have signed the agreement on cooperation. The parties have agreed on interaction in preparation and publication of rating researches. The qualitative analytical products of the Agency created based on public information, will be now accessible to the wide audience covered by the newspaper ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’.

The newspaper ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’  is the daily edition of the central executive authorities of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ukraine is the founder of the newspaper. The newspaper is issued since October, 1990. The newspaper ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’ is included into the top three editions in Ukraine with largest circulation. Total circulation is 500 thousand copies a week. The ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’ promptly informs on the main events in political, economic, public, cultural life of the country and the world. As official newspaper of state executive authorities of Ukraine, ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’ is the first to receive the most complete and exclusive information on the activity of the President and the Government of Ukraine; it publishes on its pages the complete texts of the laws of Ukraine, Decrees of the President, Cabinet resolutions and orders, standard documents of the ministries and departments and comments to them. Considerable part of these documents inures on the date of their publication in ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’. Among the authors of ‘Uryadovy Kuryer’ there are professional expert analysts, public figures, politicians, officials, businessmen, scientists, figures of culture, education and sports. The newspaper has a branched network of staff correspondents.
