In the end of November representatives of three authorized rating agencies: ІBІ-Rating, Riurik and Expert Rating signed the Memorandum on observance of norms and standards of behavior on the market of rating services. The goal of the document is to increase the quality of ratings, to raise the prestige of rating agencies (RA) with the status of authorized, to prevent unfair competition and jointly with the State Committee on Securities and Stock Market (SCSSM) to prevent monopoly from returning to the market of rating services.
