Ukrainian Investment Business Association (UAIB) is a voluntary, nongovernmental, nonprofit organization that was founded on the principles of self-regulation, equality, free will and common interests of its members. UAIB established in April 1995 and is a self-regulatory organization for asset management companies in Ukraine. The work of the Council and Board of Directors of the Association is to protect the interests of institutional investors in Ukraine.

Ukrainian Society of Financial Analysts (USFA) is nonprofit public organization created in June 1995, bringing together individuals – residents of Ukraine. The purpose of the USFA – representation and protection of interests of members of the Society, the introduction of their professional development, promotion of knowledge about financial markets, promote financial sector development and the establishment of professional contacts between its members. USFA is a common connecting platform that facilitates interaction between the financial and investment analysts from different regions of Ukraine, as well as their access to contacts with foreign colleagues.
