On August 25, 2026 Rating agency “Standard-Rating” made decision to withdraw the rating of Series B bonds of “NovaPay Credit”, LLC (40055034). The rating of Series B bonds of “NovaPay Credit”, LLC is withdrawn by the Agency due to its redemption. The order to cancel the registration of the issue of series B bonds of “NovaPay Credit”, LLC in connection with the redemption of the bonds was adopted by the NSSMC on August 14, 2026. (The order №12/12/5065/СО6-С-О from 14.08.2026).
The Agency draws attention that “NovaPay Credit”, LLC keeps forming a positive credit history on the bond market. In particular, “NovaPay Credit”, LLC already fulfilled 3 successful redemptions of bonds of its own issue:

1. In July, 2026 there was a successful redemption of Series B bonds of UAH 100 mln issued in July, 2023;
2. In April, 2026 there was a successful redemption of Series A bonds of UAH 100 mln issued in April, 2023;
3. In September, 2025 there was a successful redemption of Series C bonds of UAH 100 mln issued in September, 2023.
