October 07, 2015 RA “Standard-Rating” decided to withdraw a deposit rating and a short-term credit rating according to the national scale of the Bank “Kontrakt” (19361746). This decision of the Agency is related to the Bank’s recognition as non-solvent according to the Resolution of the NBU Board № 671 from 06.10.2015. Since the Bank was recognized as non-solvent, the Agency sees no expediency in maintaining the rating of the Bank's deposits and the short-term credit rating according to the national scale. Rating withdrawal is of technical nature, since on September 25, 2015 the Agency decreased all the ratings of the Bank to speculative level.
