September 04, 2015 Rating agency “Standard-Rating” has decided to withdraw the ratings of JSC “BANK “NATIONAL INVESTMENTS” (20017340). The reason was the adoption of solution by the executive management of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals from 02.12.2015 № 214, according to which JSC “BANK “NATIONAL INVESTMENTS” is subject to liquidation.
The Agency reminds that according to NBU information the Bank didn’t show in accounting statements the documents of clients, which were not performed in a period, set by legislation. This fact, according to NBU information, was detected by the curator that indicates the Bank’s falsification of statements and normative values.
