The rating agency "Standard-Rating" is added to the register of authorized rating agencies of NSMSC, certificate №8 from 10.04.2012

RA “Standard-Rating” has decided to withdraw the ratings of PJSC “BANK “UNISON” (38514375). The decision is related to the NBU actions, whose management on April 28, 2016 referred PJSC “BANK “UNISON” to the insolvent banks on the grounds of non-transparent shareholder structure.
According to the Ukrainian legislation the determination of the level of the Bank’s shareholder structure transparency for regulatory purposes refers solely to the NBU competences. Economic reasons (capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity, management, etc.), according to which the Bank was classified as insolvent, aren’t clarified in the text of the official decision.
