March 12, 2018 Rating agency “Standard-Rating” (Ukraine) summed up the results of its Twentieth «Reliability rating of banking deposits». The rating was held with the active participation of the general information partner of the project IA “Interfax-Ukraine”. The results of the analysis of the Ukrainian banks’ activity for the 2017 show that the crisis phenomena are brought to nothing in the banking sector, and in the private segment of the banking sector the key players are actively restoring the profitability of operations. In general, from among the 65 banks, which participated in the rating of bank deposits, only the 10 banks finished the 2017 year with a loss and the 14 banks couldn’t increase its net interest income. In the rating according to the results of 2017 there were no banks with negative net interest income, and ten private banks manages to double its net interest income during the year.
