June 16, 2025 Rating agency “Standard-Rating” published the 48th rating of bank deposit reliability. Traditionally, the rating is accompanied by an analysis of macroeconomic conditions and the general situation in the banking system of Ukraine.
The results of the first quarter of 2025 indicate that the banking system of Ukraine continued to grow and the trend towards its profitable operation was maintained. The consolidated profit of the banking system in the first quarter amounted to almost 40 billion UAH, of which 26.2 billion UAH accounted for banks with a state share. Of the 60 operating banks, only 10 completed the first quarter of 2025 with a loss. At the same time, no banks with negative net interest income were recorded.
