Collapse of short interest rates on deposits in hryvnia

The process of normalization of interest rates in national currency is activated. A three-month indicative rate of SDR-50 in hryvnia fell by 0,4 p.p. in the week, having appeared lower the annual SDR-50 in hryvnia for the first time in 7 weeks. Interest rates SDR-50 on foreign currency deposits decreased by 0,01-0,06 p.p. During the week from 10 to 16 January the banks actively changed the interest rates on deposits for individuals. Changes affected the 9 interest rates on dollar and the 9 interest rates on euro, the 17 interest rates were corrected.
