Positive signals of to restore confidence of Ukrainians to the banking system in the form of a gradual increase in the inflow of deposits in the accounts of Ukrainian banks, as well as the decrease in the level of the interest rate by the National Bank of Ukraine intensified the already started in summer process of the decrease in the cost of raising financial resources by the banks in the domestic market, in other words – formed the favorable conditions for the decrease in deposit rates. For the period from 30.09.2015 to 04.11.2015 SDR-50 in UAH decreased by 0.19-0.39 p.p., in USD SDR-50 reduced by 0.20-0.33 p.p., and the decrease of SDR-50 in EUR amounted to 0.25-0.42 p.p.
