June 16, 2025 Rating agency “Standard-Rating” published the 48th rating of the reliability of bank deposits. Traditionally, the rating is accompanied by an analysis of macroeconomic conditions and a general situation in the banking system of Ukraine.
The results of the first quarter of 2025 year indicate that the banking system of Ukraine continued to grow and the trend towards its profitable operation was maintained. The consolidated profit of the banking system in the first quarter amounted to almost UAH 40 billion, of which UAH 26.2 billion accounted for banks with a state share. From among the 60 operating banks, only the 10 banks ended the first quarter of 2025year with a loss. At the same time, no banks with negative net interest income were recorded.
